Starry Pool of Arteen

You grab a cup and fill it up with starlight water. You drink from it and Arteen's starry image appears in your mind. Her cold, rasping voice seems to freeze time itself.
"Six shall go journey east,
One shall fall against the beast.
Sun and moon burn another's hand,
And its brother shall drown in the place of no land.
Retrieve the weapon of the sea god and head back home,
When three get back to safety, one shall perish from her comb.
The last will warn the other camp,
Only to fail because of his lamp."
Arteen's voice and image fades, and you let out a small sigh of relief. You think about what she had said. What could this all mean?
Meaning: Six campers will travel east,
One will die against a giant.
The old sun and moon gods will burn one camper's hand with fire,
The camper's brother will drown in the middle of the ocean.
The remaining three will save Poseidon's weapon,
When the living three get back to camp, one will die from Rachel's comb.
The other two will warn Camp Half-Blood,
But they will fail because of Chiron's lamp.

The Shelves of Shattered Dreams

Did you find something you like from the Shelves, or are you here to abandon something? Take, leave, whatever. Just beware... Once you leave or take something, something unexpected may happen...

The Forest

You see Kathryne looking for you. She sees your name tag and suddenly shoots a rubber arrow at you. You roll out of the way, shuddering as it whizzed by your ear. What if that was a real arrow? Kathryne nods in approval. "Pretty good dodging skills, I guess." She suddenly chucks a dagger at you. You jump over it, but it skims the bottom of your right shoe, cutting the bottom of it off. You glare at Kathryne. "What was that for?" You growl. She narrows her eyes at you and unsheathes two long knifes that were also in her arrow bag. You circles you, and you draw out your pocket knife. She strikes down with one of her knifes, and you try to hold it back with your pocket knife. It fails and Kathryne cuts your arm. You get dizzy when you see your own blood start to splatter on the ground. You glare at Kathryne. "You trying to kill me, Horse Lady?" You hiss. "No," Kathryne coldly replies, "Just seeing how good your fighting skills were. They're okay, I guess, but next time, Carrot Arm, use your head. Steel always loses to celestial bronze." She tosses you a rag to wipe your arm with, then she puts a Band-Aid on it. She gets something from the leather pouch on her saddle. She lays out leather wallets of a variety of different colors. "Choose one, and think of the weapon you want to have most," she advises, "When you open the wallet of your choice, the weapon will appear in it, in the form of a pen. The wallet will hold your student ID and a small, folding pocket knife. One side of the knife will be celestial bronze, and the other will be steel."

You pick a wallet and open it up. Sure enough, there was a pen and a folding pocket knife in it, along with your student ID.

The Front Desk

"May I ask what your name is?" A tall and blonde woman asks. "Oh! Please forgive me! I'm asking for your name when I haven't even told you mine yet! I'm Julie," she says. Her dirty blonde hair is tied back in a bun, and her eyes are deep blue. You get a feeling that she was someone who was really friendly and helpful. She looks down and flips through a big black binder that she has on her desk. She mutters something to herself and then checks something on her laptop. She looks back at you with a Sharpie in one hand, and a blue 'Hello, My Name Is' name tag in the other. "I also need to know your age. If you are wondering about mine, then I will not lie. I'm 22. And I need to know what gender you are," she says, blushing. She returns to her normal color and smiles at you. You smile back and you tell her your name, age, and gender.
(To tell Julie your name, age, and gender, comment on this blog post.)
Julie grins. "Well, that's all you need to do. Feel free to start training and doing all that other stuff." You nod and stick the name tag on your shirt before thanking Julie and heading off for the forest.

Camp Hero

You run up a hill. A five huge hellhounds -at least almost as large as a truck- are chasing you. One leaps in your direction. You scream in terror and speed up a large grassy hill. The hellhound you escaped landed on a rock with a loud thud. You don't bother to look back at it to see if it was dead or not, you just kept on running. Soon, you reach the top of the hill. You see a huge maple tree. Beyond that tree, there was this great white mansion-looking thing with way more than 100 acres of land surrounding it. You gasp. You can't let this rich family get killed by the hellhounds! You turn around to face the hellhounds and you start throwing rocks at them. Luckily, you throw some big rocks at three hellhounds. There was only one left. You feel a tug of dread because the hellhound left was the quickest and biggest out of the five. You reach in your pocket and get out your small pocket knife, but the hellhound is too fast. It leaps onto you and tears you into shreds...

Your eyes flutter open and you find a pretty and athletic looking girl with curly blonde hair. She has large green eyes. Apparently, she's spoon-feeding you something. You look around in the room you are in. It's big and cream-colored. You sit up, and the girl sets the spoon down and tells you that you should lay back down. You ignore her. "Who are you?" You ask instead of obeying her. She shoots you a warning glare before she says, "I'm Zoey." You quickly lay back down. "You mean like Atlas's daughter?" "No. I'm Annabeth Chase's daughter. Want to guess who my father is?" You shake your head, but she tells you anyways. "Percy Jackson." You let that sink in before you blackout again.

When you wake up again, Zoey is gone. Instead, a boy with black hair and gray eyes is sitting by your bed, reading a magazine. He looks up. "Oh, hi there. I'm Luke, Zoey's twin brother." He looks down and goes back to reading. You stand up. You feel much better now. You walk to the door and open it up. If Luke noticed that you got out of bed, he didn't look up. You look around. You find yourself standing in a hallway. The walls of the hallway are made of beautiful dark green marble. Soon enough, you hear hoof steps. You whip around and see a half woman-half horse creature standing before you. "Welcome to Camp Hero, young Half-Blood. Have you heard of Camp Half-Blood before?" She asks you. You nod. Of course you've heard of Camp Half-Blood! Didn't this creature know that you learned about that stuff in 3rd grade? The creature studies you. "I'm Kathryne, the centaur. I am one of Zeus's children, and I am the head consular." Kathryne has long dark brown hair with brown eyes. She has pointed ears that are pierced. She has a brown horse's body with black hooves and tail. Kathryne also has a huge black bow with a pack of arrows. She wears this tan, leather shirt-thing, and she has a black choker and armband on her left arm, both which are embedded with diamonds. On her right wrist, she wears a golden bracelet-thing, and on her left, a leather, long bracelet-thing. Around her waist, there's a leather belt. It has a wooden mace on one side, and a leather pouch on the other, filled with goods, such as money, 'Food of the Gods', and vitamins. She has a saddle bag on her back, made out of a white wool blanket. It has another leather pouch on it filled with more goods, a small guitar-thing, and a round-thing that had a long line of pearls wrapped around it. You stare at her. She narrows her eyes at you, but shakes it off and looks past you, at a lust green forest. "You should start training," she advised. "But why? I'm just a person who wants to get on with their life!" You protest, "Why do I need to start training, and why do I have monsters following me where ever I go?" Kathryne raises an eyebrow. "You are a demigod. Have you not already guessed?" You guiltily look at the ground. Yep. You were sure you were a demigod, but you didn't know whether your dad was the god or your mom because you've never met any of them before. You live with your grandparents. "I will be training you until we get a sign about who your mother or father is," she tells you, "Go visit the Front Desk over there, and then meet me in the Forest."
